About Revyve:

At Revyve, we’re pioneering “A New World of Texture” with the next generation of sustainable food ingredients. We create functional proteins and fibers from yeast, helping food manufacturers eliminate eggs and additives in baked goods, sauces, meat and dairy alternatives. Having launched industrial-scale production in Dinteloord in 2024, we are rapidly scaling and need talented people to support our growth.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the vital link between our customers, production team, and logistics partners. You’ll ensure that everything from order input to customer support flows efficiently and accurately. This role is perfect for someone who loves direct customer contact, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives on operational clarity. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing incoming orders.
  • Coordinating logistics and aligning with customers.
  • Liaising with production to monitor stock levels.
  • Following up on sample requests & coordinating shipments.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in sales support, logistics, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and order management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • You pride yourself on precision.
  • You’re eager to help & take initiative.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with international shipments.
